- Built product management for 100+ retail stores across standard, variant and combined products — UPC/SKU/PID code generation and sync, duplicate-code detection, bulk import with sanitization.
- Designed a job-based batch-processing framework — adopted as the team's standard — for bulk price, category and product updates, with configurable batch sizes, permission checks and per-field change logs.
- Shipped price groups with store-scoped updates, discounted-price calculation, supplier pricing and price-change logging.
- Customer platform: membership cards, customer directory with customer codes, batch customer import with duplicate validation and card lookups.
- Employee credit, discount and POS PIN policies across the store app and super-admin portal; import pipelines that preserve vendor and cost data.
- Transaction calculations, hold-transaction warnings and customer-group expiration checks; optimized sales-summary PDF generation and export Cloud Functions, cutting export times on large date ranges.
- Own features end-to-end from sprint planning to release — shipping through GitHub Actions CI with tests gating merges and Firebase deploys, reviewing teammates' PRs and resolving live-store production issues.
